Tiffany Gerwig

I am a Junior and looking forward to being done with school but at the sometime I'm trying to remember that God has me in school for a reason and it is a great opportunity to share his love through my actions instead of complaining about it and trying to rush through. I really enjoy hanging out with friends and family God has blessed me with. I can be a people person if the group is small but at the same-time I can be very shy. I love working with kids, I feel God calling me to full time ministry with children or women. I am looking forward to His continued leading as I get closer to graduation, my tentative plans are to go to Frontier School of the Bible.

I have wanted to go to Ecuador ever since my oldest brother went in 2006 and am very excited to be going this spring break. It will be a very new experience for me to see the poverty and to not be able to speak to them. When ever I think of the language barer I am reminded of how God confused the language following the attempt to build the tower of babble and how soon after Christ's ascended into heaven how the apostles spoke in tongues. God is certainly in control of it.

As far as prayer requests it would be great if you prayed that we had unity as we work, travel, and live together for 9 days. That we have a proper heart going into it of humble servanthood open for whatever God has in store. In everything that we would remain positive and grateful for our many blessings no-matter the circumstances.  Thanks for your prayers and interest in our trip, I am very excited!
