Jenny Lee

I am a senior and excited to be in my last semester of high school. Although I haven't decided where I'm going to college next fall, I will be pursuing a degree in nursing and hopefully will one day work in a children's hospital. God has given me a passion for His children and I look to serve Him through nursing. For now, I'm enjoying things like sledding, ice fishing, learning how to drive a stick shift, and participating in a myriad of musical activities.

This will be my second trip to Ecuador. My first trip to Ecuador was in 2010 with a team from my church and we traveled downriver to a small jungle village to dig a waterline to bring freshwater to that village for the first time. I can clearly remember being asked if I was coming back and it was so hard to answer them because I didn't know if I would ever have another opportunity to return. I'm so thankful and excited to have this chance to return with my  youth group and once again see how God is working in Ecuador.

While we prepare for this trip and while we're in Ecuador, we covet your prayers. Please pray that God will be preparing our hearts to serve Him and that we would be open to whatever He is going to teach us and show us. Pray that He would be preparing the hearts of the people we will meet and interact with and pray for health, safety, and unity for the team. Thank you for your support and prayers. Its such a blessing to us and we appreciate it so much!

Will definitely be praying, Jenny, both for this trip and for God's plans for you!
