Ally Ruisch

Hello there! My name is Ally Ruisch and this spring I have the privilege of going on an adventure of a lifetime, as my youth group and I embark on a trip to Ecuador. I am currently a senior in high school and will be graduating this May. Next fall I plan on going to Kauai Bible College (KBC) located in Kapaa, Hawaii. While at KBC I will go through a discipleship training program with 11 other girls and 14 guys, all while living in a safari tent on the beautiful island of Kauai.

Here's a little snippet about me. I thoroughly enjoy beaches, wearing flip-flops all year round, bananas, dressing up, sunshine, drawing, summer, laughter, photography, music, cookie dough, and dancing in the rain. I also have a passion for volleyball, seeing as I spent most of my life setting, bumping, and playing all the volleyball that I could.

When in Ecuador my team and I will put on a Vacation Bible School. It thrills me knowing that I will be able to spend time loving kids and young adults. God has given me a passion for my generation and younger, and I long for them to be revealed to Jesus and his grace. As I go on this trip I ask that you pray for us. Here are some ways to pray for my team and I. Pray that we would be unified through Christ's perfect love, and be able to spread His contagious love to all the people we meet. Also, pray that God would guard our bodies against sickness and our hearts from fear and anxiety.
